What makes Boll & Branch cotton different?
We use 100% organic cotton that is Fair Trade Certified. Unlike conventional cotton, our fibers are never treated with harsh chemicals, pesticides, or GMOs, resulting in a softer, more durable fabric that is better for your skin and the planet.
How should I care for my organic bedding?
To maintain the longevity of your sheets, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors. Use a mild, liquid detergent and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as our organic cotton naturally softens with every wash.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging or laundered according to our care instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Are your products ethically manufactured?
Yes. We are committed to full transparency and fair labor practices. Every person involved in our supply chainâfrom the cotton farmers to the factory tailorsâis paid a living wage and works in a safe, healthy environment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities to bring our organic home essentials to more countries in the near future.
